After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1986 with a degree in Business Management, Bill went to work for a Fortune 500 insurance company. It didn't take long for Bill to discover his passion for business and the fact that he had a natural ability to understand the complex world of Information Technology.
In 1989, Bill joined O-Tec Computer Services and quickly became certified as a Network Engineer. He acquired the company in 1995 and remains the CEO of both O-Tec and it's subsidiary, TecWatch. TecWatch is a premier Managed Services Provider and is the result of many years of process planning, business development and technical experience.

David has been in the Information Technology business for 14 years. Starting with Nortel Networks, he worked in an Apple environment as his first "real" computer exposure. Moving on, he discovered the PC network and operating environment at Stream International. He became a hardware specialist working for Compucomm as a field engineer and moved to the project deployment and management while working for MicroAge in Dallas.
David became a part of the TecWatch team through O-Tec almost 8 years ago. During that time, he has helped O-Tec transition into Managed IT Services and now oversees TecWatch operations. David is a proud husband and father of four children living in Mesquite, TX.
