Our roots go back to 1980 when O-Tec Computer Services began as a one-man computer repair company. Through the years our management has maintained a loyal client base and has had the vision to stay ahead of the changing IT landscape.
That's how TecWatch emerged. We began offering proactive IT services for a fixed monthly fee to our O-Tec customers. The response was overwhelming but it has taken several years of growth and experience to perfect our processes. Our methodology has been imitated but not duplicated by other Managed Services Providers (MSP). TecWatch now stands above the MSP crowd and has earned a reputation that we work daily to maintain.
